Return & Shipping Policy – Tea For Us
At Tea For Us, we take pride in crafting and sourcing tea of the highest quality. Because our tea is perishable, all tea sales are final—we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.
For teaware purchases, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

Returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

A return request must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

I received the wrong item!
If we made an error with your order, our sincere apologies. Please email us at hello@teafor.us within 3 days of delivery so we can promptly make it right. We’ll cover all return shipping costs if a return is required.
I didn’t like the matcha, can I send it back?
We understand that taste is deeply personal. However, because our matcha is a perishable food product, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds based on preference. This policy ensures that every pouch we send maintains the highest standards of quality and freshness for all of our customers.
My order arrived damaged—help!
If your order arrives damaged in transit, please email a photo of the product and packaging to hello@teafor.us within 3 days of delivery. Our team will carefully review the situation and, whenever possible, arrange a replacement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office

Allowing 1–2 days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for stolen packages. That said, we will always do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
