Shipping Policy 


Shipping Fee

Total shipping fee for domestic (U.S.) orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

For international orders, shipping costs cover delivery only and do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any additional charges imposed by your local customs authority are the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days of purchase. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–8 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note: During holidays or special launches, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

 


 

Shipment Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you’re unable to locate your tracking email or notice anything unusual, feel free to reach out to us at hello@teafor.us. 

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once an order leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows “delivered” but your package is missing, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors, household members, or your local post office

  • Allowing 1–2 days, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely

  • Contacting us at hello@teafor.us so we can assist in investigating with the carrier

Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for stolen packages. That said, we will always do our best to support you in resolving the issue.
