Tea For Us Pomelo Oolong is a finely milled oolong from Taiwan, made from Jin Xuan, often called "milk oolong" for its naturally smooth, creamy character. It is scented with hand-harvested spring pomelo blossoms from Hualien through a seven-step scenting process, then slowly ground at low temperature to preserve its delicate fragrance and silky texture.
With tasting notes of pomelo blossom and milk custard, it's light, bright and unmistakably spring: the blossoms lift Jin Xuan's natural sweetness into an elegant floral cup with a clean finish. No fragrance oils or artificial additives, just real blossoms folded into real tea. Whisk it matcha-style for a latte that tastes like a garden in bloom.

Important Note: Pomelo Oolong powder is made for lattes and baking only, not for thin tea. Compared to matcha, less powder is needed per cup.

- Sift 2g pomelo oolong tea powder into a bowl
- Add 40ml warm water (175°F)
- Whisk in W motion until smooth and frothy
